Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional, personalized service fostering trusted client relationships
- Diligently track and organize client requests, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Support the holistic needs of UHNW families across multiple generations and entities
Operations & Coordination
- Process account openings, funding, electronic check deposits, money movements, and custodial paperwork across multiple family accounts
- Coordinate with clients' external advisors to track and organize all pertinent documents and information
- Assist in the preparation of client meeting materials and ensure follow-through
- Manage client communications with exceptional organizational precision
Technology & Process Management
- Manage and update the firm's CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up
- Learn and utilize wealth management platforms for portfolio management, performance reporting, and billing
- Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions
Financial Planning & Technical Support
- Provide comprehensive personal financial planning, investment planning, and tax services to high-net-worth individuals
- Prepare customized financial exhibits, including asset allocation, retirement planning, education funding, insurance, and estate planning analyses
- Prepare tax projections as well as income tax returns
- Collaborate with internal specialists on financial statement/performance reporting, tax, and planning projects
- Support complex family office structures, including trusts, foundations, and multi-entity reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, accounting, tax preparation, or working in a family office environment
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- Prior family office experience strongly preferred (but not required)
Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Tax and accounting experience preferred, though not required.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
- Understanding of family office structures, trust administration, and multi-generational wealth management is a plus
