Job Description

  • Lead the selection, configuration, and rollout of a group wide CRM tailored to the needs of multiple business units.
  • Design and implement CRM workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting to drive adoption and operational consistency.
  • Support the deployment and integration of an enterprise ERP across multiple entities, ensuring smooth data, process, and system alignment.
  • Manage outsourced engineering partners to deliver secure, high quality applications with clear requirements, timelines, and release standards.
  • Establish essential cyber security controls, policies, and awareness practices across cloud, identity, and endpoint environments.
  • Administer core SaaS platforms by managing access, configurations, documentation, and day-to-day operational stability.
  • Build structured data and reporting workflows to support commercial activity, investor engagement, and decision-making across the group.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive hands on technology delivery, working directly with CRM, ERP, and cloud business systems.
  • End to end CRM and ERP implementation experience, including selecting a platform, customising it for multiple business units, and building workflows, automations, and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to manage outsourced developers, including release cycles, requirements, and delivery quality for apps or platforms.
  • Solid practical cyber security knowledge, able to set up O365 security, MFA, password policies, and run basic awareness sessions.
  • Comfort acting as a systems administrator, managing access, troubleshooting, and keeping tools running smoothly day-to-day.
  • Self starter who executes independently, takes direction quickly, and works at pace. Experience working in lean, high output environments where priorities shift and hands on delivery is essential.
  • Strong communication and resilience suited to a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in family offices, investment firms (ideally RE), or multi entity structures.
