A highly regarded boutique asset management firm & family office based in the West End is seeking an experienced and exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level, right-hand support to the Senior Partner (Principal). This is a fast-paced, demanding role suited to a dynamic and highly organised individual with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to regularly absorb and retain significant volumes of new information quickly, accurately, and calmly under pressure. A typing speed of 80+ WPM is essential. Working in close partnership with the Senior Family Office Executive (SFOE), you will jointly ensure seamless support to the Principal across all professional and personal matters, operating with absolute discretion at all times. You will join a well-established team led by the SFOE which prides itself on maintaining a collaborative, constructive, and ego-free culture. This role will be well suited to a bright and curious individual, who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and demonstrates a genuine willingness to learn.
 
 
Hours:-   8.30am-5.30pm, Mon to Fri
Location:-   Mayfair
Salary:-   Competitive, dependent on experience + discretionary annual bonus

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries and scheduling
  • Co-ordinate multi-leg, international travel (business and personal)
  • Manage inboxes, contact databases, and confidential records via Outlook, CRM systems, and secure password management tools
  • Draft, review and edit correspondence on behalf of the Senior Partner, ensuring all references are factchecked and sense-checked
  • Take live and recorded dictation, producing accurate transcripts
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations; capture concise, actionable notes in fast-paced meetings
  • Maintain investment records and oversee transaction execution, liaising with private banks and accountants as required
  • Support the Senior Partner’s professional, political and charitable interests
  • Liaise with household staff (London and country), the Principal’s wife and broader family, and external service providers to coordinate personal arrangements
  • Organise and manage private events and engagements including group theatre/concert/festival outings, restaurant bookings and shoots
  • Provide light out-of-office (OOO) support when required

 

Essential Requirements

  • Significant experience supporting C-suite or Principal-level executives across personal and professional matters, within a family office or boutique asset management environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills, with flawless grammar and spelling
  • Fast, accurate typing (80+ WPM preferred)
  • Strong IT proficiency across Microsoft Office, CRM systems and related platforms
  • Proven discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Calm, confident, and solutions-oriented in fast-moving situations.
  • Collaborative, team-focused, and aligned with an ego-free working culture
  • Confident around dogs
  • Proactive, resourceful and comfortable operating in a high-trust, high-responsibility environment 
 

Desirable

  • Knowledge of investment and financial terminology
  • Experience in event planning for HNWIs
  • Familiarity with political or charitable liaison work
