Role Overview
Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, analytical, and outgoing individual to join the team as Manager, Reporting Platform. The ideal teammate demonstrates knowledge of investment operations, control processes, performance reporting, vendor management, and effective cross function communication skills.
About the Position
The Reporting Platforms Manager leads the operation, control, and evolution of the firm’s performance and reporting platforms across public and private assets. This role is responsible for the delivery of accurate results as well as strategic platform enhancements which improve efficiency and client outcomes.
Performance reporting sits across the Walton Investment Team and Finance & Accounting. Reporting structures may change as the team evolves.
What you will do
You will lead a team that owns the integrity of the data, produces client-ready performance outputs, shapes the roadmap for reporting capabilities and automation, and represents the reporting platform priorities to senior internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate reconciliations with custodial and other price data feeds and delivery of performance reporting across public and private investments by overseeing teams, platforms and end-to-end processes.
- Triage and resolve complex client escalations and non-standard reporting requests.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and lead configuration and deployment.
- Prioritize product and development workstreams to balance client service, stability, and capability enhancement.
- Design and maintain governance, controls and incident management to reduce operational risk and improve data integrity.
- Manage third-party suppliers and contracted services for the reporting platform.
- Hire, develop and allocate team resources.
- Communicate platform capabilities, constraints and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track and report key operational metrics.
Who we are looking for
Skills needed
- Deep familiarity with industry-standard performance reporting platforms and performance methodologies (including GIPS).
- Proven delivery of cross-functional programs and platform implementations.
- Ability to coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams to reconcile investment data within the investment accounting system.
- Controls and governance design experience for data-centric investment processes.
- Technical literacy: advanced Excel, and experience with database and automation tools.
- Clear, senior-level written and verbal communication.
Qualifications required for your success
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment operations, middle-office or performance reporting, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Practical experience operating enterprise performance platforms and working knowledge of public and private asset types and benchmarks.
- Working knowledge of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and a strong grasp of performance concepts across all asset classes.
- Prior vendor management responsibility for enterprise reporting platforms.
Additional Helpful Experience Includes
- Experience in family office/multi-family office, RIA or fund administration environments.
- Direct involvement in systems implementation, data migrations, or automation initiatives.
- Advanced credentials (CFA/CIPM) related to investment performance reporting.

Benefits Information
Compensation Range: $195,000 - $244,000
